1、7005铝管化学成分（质量百分比，%）
7005铝合金属于Al-Zn-Mg系列可焊接合金。其主要成分范围如下（基于ASTM B221，AMS 4343和其他标准）：
铝（Al） ：余量（约91.2–94.7%）
锌（Zn） ：4.0–5.0％（主要强化元素）
镁（Mg） ：1.0–1.8％（与Zn形成强化相MgZn₂）
锰（Mn） ：0.20–0.70％（细化晶粒，提高强度）
铬 (Cr) ：0.06–0.20%（提高抗应力腐蚀性能）
铜（Cu） ：≤0.10%（杂质）
铁（Fe） ：≤0.40%（杂质）
硅（Si） ：≤0.35%（杂质）
钛（Ti） ：≤0.10%（杂质）
其它杂质：单个≤0.05%，总量≤0.15%
2. 机械性能（T53/T6热处理状态示例）
7005铝管在典型热处理条件下（例如T53或T6）的机械性能：
抗拉强度 (UTS) :
T53状态：350-400MPa
T6状态：370～420MPa
屈服强度（0.2% 偏移） ：
T53状态：290-340MPa
T6状态：300～360MPa
伸长率（50mm标距长度） ：
8–12% （壁更薄时可达到更高的值）
弹性模量：
69–71 GPa （与大多数铝合金相似）
硬度:
布氏硬度（HB） ：95–110（T6状态）
疲劳强度：
~130 MPa （10⁷循环，T6状态）
密度：
2.78 克/立方厘米
3. 其他特点
可焊性：7005 是少数几种高强度可焊铝合金之一，适用于 TIG/MIG 焊接。焊后需时效处理以恢复性能。
耐腐蚀性：优于高铜 7000 系列合金（例如 7075），但仍建议采用阳极氧化或涂层进行保护。
机械加工性：中等冷加工性能；主要热挤压。机械加工性优于 7075。
